2728 West 5th Street – Township Commercial was the leasing agent for the redevelopment- Tenant’s include Deseo Beauty Lounge, SporTherapy, and RDA ProMart.
5354 W. Vickery – Township commercial is retained as the Leasing agent for the Landlord. Dana had a vision for updating tenants and has brought in Lila + Hayes, Stellar Balloons, Cowtown Clay, Cowtown Kids Art Academy. Often acting as an intermediary representing both LL and tenant. Bringing in many women-owned businesses had attracted great press for the center, now called The Vickery.
5017 El Campo – This 1600SF building has been leased multiple times with the brokerage representation of Township Commercial including Thomas Legal PLLC, J.R. Mitchell and Co. and Keeping up with the Joneses
3001 Bledsoe- Long-term leases with regional brands like Zenna, Ampersand, Mama’s House, and OMG (Maestros) Tacos were secured for ownership.

5701, 5709, 5717, 5719 and 5721 Lovell Avenue and 5700 Curzon Avenue- Dana was engaged as a seller's representative and was able to work with the City of Fort Worth to secure a contract on the property which gained unanimous approval from the city council for a future Fire Station Site on this nearly one acre parcel.
1313 College Avenue- Township Commercial helped her buyer acquire this residential to commercial conversion in the Near Southside, steps from Magnolia Avenue, for their own business use.
5354 W. Vickery – Dana Quisenberry was engaged to identify properties for a 1031 exchange. In a market where successful property acquisition was proving difficult, Dana was able to secure an off-market property that provided her client with an immediate return on investment. This flex-space was 100% leased and located adjacent to the Chisholm Trail Parkway with views of the Clearfork Development.
5017 El Campo – This residential to commercial conversion, located just off the Camp Bowie historical “bricks” was the perfect addition to a client’s real estate portfolio. A single tenant user, perfect for retail or office, this 1600SF building was acquired and leased multiple times with the brokerage representation of Township Commercial.
906 West Cannon – Township was hired as a Buyer’s representative and identified this 6,600 SF mixed- use building. With four fully leased residential units and 3,300 square feet of shell space for commercial use it was an ideal acquisition. Township Commercial went on to help the new owner with selecting a contractor for commercial space finish out and leased to Radiology Associates for their Vascular and Interventional Specialists.
4775 Bryant Irvin Court – Township CRE identified nearly 1 acre of unimproved land (fronting Bryant Irvin), zoned for commercial use, as an ideal site for a prospective office building and helped with the acquisition of the land. Later, Dana Quisenberry assisted in the subsequent sale of the land to the future end user.
3526 Vickery, 3525 Lovell & 3529 Lovell – Dana Quisenberry was tasked with putting together a “parcel” of buildings in a contiguous block adjacent to a client’s business. By knocking on doors, inquiring with business owners, and persuading individuals to sell “off market” properties she was able to successfully put together a large purchase for her client.
2728 West 5th – Just steps from Montgomery Plaza in the W7 Corridor, Township Commercial assisted it’s client through the redevelopment of a 10,000 SF, five (5) bay car mechanic industrial style building. Now modernized, the building is presently fully leased at a highest and best use. Long term leases at market rates increased the annual revenue on the building substantially.
3001 Bledsoe– In one of the most sought after submarkets in Ft Worth, Dana Quisenberry advised her clients to redevelop their decades old 19,000 SF building after securing viable leases. When Dana took on the project they were charging 25% of market rents. Long-term leases were secured after the project completed extensive interior and exterior renovations with subsequent rental rate increases to market rate and above. The value of the building has increased by more than 4X.
