2728 West 5th – Just steps from Montgomery Plaza in the W7 Corridor, Township Commercial assisted it’s client through the redevelopment of a 10,000 SF, 5 bay car mechanic building. Now modernized, the building is presently for lease. Long term leases at market rates will increase the annual revenue on the building substantially.

3001 Bledsoe– In one of the most sought after submarkets in Ft Worth, Dana Quisenberry advised her clients to redevelop their decades old 19,000SF building after securing viable leases. When Dana took on the project they were charging 25% of market rents. Long-term leases were secured after the project completed extensive interior and exterior renovations with subsequent rental rate increases to market rate and above. The value of the building has increased by more than 4X.

2386 Bledsoe – A former 6,000 SF television parts warehouse was acquired in the early stages of the West 7th area revitalization. Dana Quisenberry participated in the entire redevelopment process and leased the property to it’s first two 3,000 SF users.


Craftwork Coffee Co.- 3300SF. Their flagship location developed out of the renovation of 3 individual spaces that at one time consisted of an insurance agency, a palm reader, and a one bay car mechanic that became a gorgeous coffee shop and modern workspace. Later, a second location was found for her client at the corner of Henderson and Magnolia. Township continues to applaud the success of The Craftwork Group as their concept modernizes and changes. Now the focus has shifted to on site hospitality for multifamily communities.

Perfect Touch  Day Spa –7500 Square Feet—When the most successful, longest running Day Spa in Fort Worth sought to find a new location in Fort Worth in close proximity to its prior location (with a requirement for excellent parking and a competitive rental rate), Dana was able to call on her network and find a building that was perfect for them.

Shop Small Fort Worth – 8,310 SF on Montgomery Street. An Instagram phenomenon, hatched to promote local, small business entrepreneurs. Township successfully found a gorgeous 2,900SF building centrally located, highly visible, with the option to later expand, adding a 5,410 SF adjacent building.

Ampersand – 3187 SF on Bledsoe. Township Commercial was retained to assist the tenant in locating space for their first location in Fort Worth.

Stellar Balloon Company – 875 SF. A perfect location on BlueBonnet Circle for all things celebration! Dana’s client is now in a central location for elaborate balloon pick ups, party supply shopping, fun photo sessions, and deliveries.

The Grandberry Theater – 2400 SF in the Foundry District.  This theater house with movie showings, film festivals, community gatherings, and events is delighted to have had Township represent them in their transaction.

Dr. Gregory Phillips – 4500 SF at 724 Pennsylvania Avenue in the heart of the medical district. This client has seen his practice grow and succeed at this location.

Domeo Design Build –  2200 SF, Domeo hired Township Commercial to assist in finding a modern location for their offices. We are excited to announce the location!

Cowtown Tanning –  1422 SF, Cowtown Tanning secured an ideal location for their first brick and mortar with the help of Township Commercial on BlueBonnet Circle.


3001 Bledsoe- Long-term leases with regional brands like Zenna, Ampersand, Mama’s House, and OMG (Maestros) Tacos were secured for ownership.

2386 Bledsoe – Township Commercial leased the property Rodeo Goat (under the 8.0 Management Group) and Global Prairie, a national strategic consulting and marketing agency.

2728 West 5th Street – Township Commercial is the current leasing agent for the redevelopment- Tenant announcements coming soon!

5354 W. Vickery – Township commercial is retained as the Leasing agent for the Landlord. Most recently, a lease was secured with AutoStock Motors.

5017 El Campo – This 1600SF building has been leased multiple times with the brokerage representation of Township Commercial including Thomas Legal PLLC and J.R. Mitchell and Co.

906 West Cannon – Township Commercial leased a 1650SF suite to Radiology Associates for their Vascular and Interventional Specialists.


5354 W. Vickery – Dana Quisenberry was engaged to identify properties for a 1031 exchange. In a market where successful property acquisition was proving difficult, Dana was able to secure an off-market property that provided her client with an immediate return on investment. This flex-space was  100% leased and located adjacent to the Chisholm Trail Parkway with views of the Clearfork Development.

5017 El Campo – This residential to commercial conversion, located just off the Camp Bowie historical “bricks” was the perfect addition to a client’s real estate portfolio. A single tenant user, perfect for retail or office, this 1600SF building was acquired and leased multiple times with the brokerage representation of Township Commercial.

 906 West Cannon – Township was hired as a Buyer’s representative and identified this 6,600 SF mixed- use building. With four fully leased residential units and 3,300 square feet of shell space for commercial use it was an ideal acquisition. Township Commercial went on to help the new owner with selecting a contractor for commercial space finish out and leased to Radiology Associates for their Vascular and Interventional Specialists.

4775 Bryant Irvin Court – Township CRE  identified nearly 1 acre of unimproved land (fronting Bryant Irvin), zoned for commercial use, as an ideal site for a prospective office building and helped with the acquisition of the land. Later, Dana Quisenberry assisted in the subsequent sale of the land to the future end user.

3526 Vickery, 3525 Lovell & 3529 Lovell – Dana Quisenberry was tasked with putting together a “parcel” of buildings in a contiguous block adjacent to a client’s business. By knocking on doors, inquiring with business owners,  and persuading individuals to sell “off market” properties she was able to successfully put together a large purchase for her client.
