DANA QUISENBERRY, broker/owner
Dana’s knowledge and love of commercial real estate started early; she grew up in a family with a construction and real estate development company. After earning undergraduate and graduate degrees Dana built and sold a successful business to return to her roots in real estate. She had the privilege of working with Trinity Partners Commercial Real Estate for 5 years and earned her brokers license in 2016. She then went on to start Township Commercial.
She has closed more than 100 transactions- helping individuals, start ups, and large companies achieve success in their real estate endeavors. She specializes in tenant representation, lease negotiation, project leasing, and property acquisition in Texas and Missouri.
Dana is a proud Texas Christian University graduate, serves on numerous charitable boards, was the 2019 Chair of the Kupferle Health Foundation, and is a member of The National Charity League. Dana also donates her time and expertise to The Center for Transforming Lives for all their real estate endeavors. She is a member of Texas Realtors® and the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors ®.
DARIN NORMAN, associate
With over twenty years of experience as an architect and real estate consultant, Darin is well-versed in all phases of project development from inception to certificate of occupancy. He specializes in urban infill property due diligence, entitlement, design, and permitting in Texas. Additionally, his practice emphasizes universal and accessible design.
Darin is a sixth generation Fort Worthian who is committed to the preservation of the city’s unique identity and to the continued vibrancy of its cultural development. With this history-based forward-thought, Darin has assisted development at every scale to achieve financial success while contributing to the enhancement of the community.
Darin is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Masters in Architecture. He has worked with several notable Fort Worth firms including Carter & Burgess, Townsite Company, and Urbanworth,LLC. Additionally, he is a constituent of the City of Fort Worth’s Urban Infill Development Taskforce and contributes to the Development Advisory Committee and the Mixed-Use Zoning Advisory Group. Darin also serves on the board of directors for the Van Zandt Cottage Friends, Inc. and The River District, Inc., the non-profit organization charged with the revitalization and public improvement planning for the River District neighborhood.
